We provide personalized assisted living in a warm, small-home setting—designed for seniors who value dignity, independence, and meaningful daily life.
Families reach out to begin a private conversation about care needs, lifestyle preferences, and what matters most to their loved one. We take time to listen, answer questions, and ensure alignment before moving forward.
Each resident receives an individualized care approach based on daily routines, support needs, and personal history. OUR goal is to provide consistent, respectful support that preserves dignity and independence.
We guide families through a smooth move-in process, offering clear communication, flexibility, and reassurance during the transition into our home.
Residents recieve consistent, attentive support in a small-home setting, while families remain informed and connected through open, ongoing communication.
We're a private-pay, non-medical assisted living resident and do not accept Medicare-funded placement.
We do not provide end-of-life, hospice, or skilled medical services. However, we do welcome short-term respite stays when an individual's needs can be safely supported within an assisted-living setting and do not require medical or continuous clinical care.
We encourage families to reach out for a private conversation so we can ensure appropriate fit and alignment.

Living Oso Unique is designed for seniors and families who value personalized care, dignity, and a true sense of home. Our small, private setting allows us to focus on relationships, consistency, and intentional care — not volume.
We believe the best care happens when expectations are aligned and relationships are built with intention. Taking the time to ensure a meaningful fit allows everyone to feel confident, supported, and at peace.

At Living Oso Unique, care begins with truly knowing the resident. Daily routines, preferences, and support needs guide a personalized care plan that preserves independence while providing meaningful support.

Life here is calm, familiar, and relationship centered. Shared meals, gentle activities, and daily moments create genuine connection—without the pressure or overstimulation of large facilities.

Our small home setting offers warm common spaces, quiet private rooms, and accessible layouts designed for safety, comfort, and peace of mind—all in an environment that truly feels like home.

Nutritious, home-prepared meals are thoughtfully made with attention to dietary needs, preferences, and the comfort of familiar food traditions.

Families are part of the care circle. We prioritize transparency, regular communication, and collaboration so families stay informed, involved, and reassured.

Caregivers are present 24/7 to provide attentive support, supervision, and reassurance —ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and never alone.
